My stay at the hotel over Memorial Day weekend for my son's wedding was perfect. We enjoyed the lovely view of the river and bridges from our clean and comfortable room, though there were cleanliness issues with the windows and glass wine case. The quiet atmosphere and access to the concierge floor were great for a terrible sleeper like me.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms that I would definitely recommend and stay in again. The wall units were a bit dated but provided good airflow, although they were quite loud. The service was friendly and accommodating, with special attention given to my request for different pillows due to a neck injury. The location was perfect for the event nearby, and there were great local restaurants within walking distance. The dining options were satisfying, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to a pleasant stay overall.
My stay at the Hilton was overall a pleasant experience. The room was on the smaller side, and although it was ordinary, it didn't exceed my expectations for a hotel in this price range. The location, on the other hand, was excellent, allowing me to easily explore Waco's key attractions. The dining experience was mixed, with good food but slightly slow service. The friendly and accommodating staff were a definite highlight of my stay.
